NWOA Canberra Monthly Lunch - March 2024

This was the NWOA regular end of month casual lunch, held from 1200. With the Easter break starting the following day, numbers were down to just six attendees. While a little disappointing, this allowed for more intimate conversation. Unfortunately, that was initially focused on health and death, with the recent passing of VADM Jon Mead’s wife, Ian Weekley’s deteriorating condition and Davyd Thomas’ prostate cancer diagnosis. As usual, the food was good and the beer was cold. John Jacobi & Tony Flint sent apologies.
