Melbourne area lunch

This lunch is co-hosted with the Melbourne division of the Naval Officers Association (NOA), for which it is one of their four quarterly lunches for 2026. The guest speaker is Commodore Ash Papp CSC RAN who is one of the NWOA committee members. Ash will speak with a surface warfare focus but is prepared to address a wide range of current Navy topics - his biography is attached. Lunch will be two courses, main and dessert, with the table wines provided by the NWOA and NOA together. Drinks before the lunch are at bar prices.
